WHY CHOOSE THE
CHILDREN’S CENTER?
There are several
benefits to using The Children's Center to provide care for your child.
- We are a non-profit
facility. This status means that our focus is to provide the best
quality care and education of children.
- To this end, we staff not
only to meet the state mandated adult to child ratios, we often
exceed them.
- The Children’s
Center is lucky to have three separate rooms designed to offer age
appropriate learning and care. Our three rooms are Infant/Toddler,
Preschool & After School (through second grade).
- In addition to offering a
daily educational curriculum, we have a large playground for all
children as well as a separate playground for toddlers. A large
great room is available for play on inclement weather days.
The Children's Center is
a mission of the First Congregational Church of Woodstock, whose
congregation has a firm commitment to quality childcare for the local
community. The Children's Center is non-denominational and you do not
need to be a church member to send your child to the Center.
